Mattercite is an early-access tool that drafts due-diligence questionnaire answers from documents you upload. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Draft answers are suggestions. You must review and approve anything before you send it to a counterparty. The service may be unavailable, rate-limited, or changed without notice while it is in early access. Free use is subject to the published question and page limits and, where shown, a trial period.
You retain rights in the documents and answers you put in a workspace. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the workspace (including retrieval and model inference on our infrastructure providers). You represent that you have the right to upload the files you submit.
You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping credentials confidential. Workspace owners can invite members. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or these terms.
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost profits or for the content of questionnaire answers you export. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the previous three months (which is zero during unpaid early access).
We may update these terms. Continued use after a posted change is acceptance of the new terms. Privacy details are in the privacy policy.
