Before you start.
What can I import?
Paste the questionnaire, or upload CSV, Excel, Word, or PDF. Source documents can be PDF, Word, or text. If you already keep a Q&A list, import it as CSV or Excel and Mattercite will use it too.
Where does my data live?
On AWS, in an isolated workspace. Your documents are never used to train models. Delete a document and it stops informing answers immediately.
Can I edit answers before sending?
Always. You control the final response: review, edit, and approve before sending. Re-run a question against updated documents, and export only when it reads the way you want.
How does Mattercite produce answers, and where does it run?
Answers are produced with models running on AWS Bedrock, inside our AWS environment. Your documents never leave AWS and are never used to train models. Every answer carries a citation to the exact source passage, so nothing has to be taken on faith.
What if my documents don't answer a question?
Mattercite flags the question as Needs Information. Your team can add supporting documents or write the answer before approving it.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing automatic. There's no card on file, so nothing to charge. When the trial ends, your workspace and exports stay available and running new questions pauses until you choose a plan. Plans start at $149 a month; see pricing.
Can my team work in the same workspace?
Yes. Invite teammates into your workspace with their own sign-ins. One person can upload and run while another reviews and approves.
