We confirm what counts as a standard review, question counts, complexity, follow-up limits and turnaround before activation. Additional volume is quoted separately. Portal work requires authorized access and an agreed process.

A familiar address. A defined intake process.
Give customers an address such as security@yourcompany.com or questionnaires@yourcompany.com. During onboarding, we agree how requests can be forwarded into your Mattercite Complete and who can authorize responses.
Customer-domain forwarding requires your administrator's approval and configuration. It is arranged as part of the service, not a self-serve mailbox, automatic email connector or outsourced trust center portal in the current app.
