What do you need from us?
The questionnaire in whatever form it arrived, the documents you have (policies, prior questionnaires, audit reports, contracts), and one person who can answer a short list of follow-up questions by email within a business day. That last part is what keeps three days at three days.
What if our documents do not cover a question?
We never invent an answer. Questions your documents do not cover come back to you as a short list with a proposed answer for each, drafted from common practice and clearly marked. You confirm, correct, or strike each one before it goes in. If you would rather answer No or Not applicable, that is often the right call, and we will say so.
Who is responsible for the answers?
You are. We complete and cite the answers; you review and approve. The questionnaire is your statement to your counterparty, and we do not sign or attest on your behalf. That is also why every answer carries its citation: so your review is reading, not research.
How is our information handled?
Your files go into a private Mattercite workspace with workspace isolation controls. They are used only for your questionnaire, never train models, and are deleted on request after delivery. We sign your NDA before you send anything if you need one.
How much does it cost and when do we pay?
$1,500 for a questionnaire of up to 250 questions. We confirm scope by reply, send an invoice (card or ACH), and start when it is paid. Longer questionnaires, 48-hour turnaround, and portal entry are quoted before you commit, never added afterwards.
What happens after delivery?
Your Mattercite workspace stays, with your documents in it and every answer approved. The next questionnaire you can run yourself on any plan, or send it to us again. There is no obligation either way.
Why not just use the product?
Most teams should, and it is much cheaper. This is for the week when nobody has the hours: a deal is waiting on the questionnaire, the person who knows the answers is travelling, and the deadline is real. You get the same cited answers, with someone else doing the work.
